Conversely, a horizontal organizational model promotes collaboration, empowerment, and rapid decision-making, allowing startups to respond promptly to challenges and seize opportunities.
My work experience in various companies has confirmed that the horizontal structure is a key factor for success. In flat hierarchy environments, I have witnessed smoother communication, faster problem-solving, and a more motivating work atmosphere.
